This begins 8 weeks out from your wedding date, with that being said, I am always available to assist along the way, however, I do not fully take over until the 8 weeks out. If you need help with vendor recommendations I am always there to help, just not present at those prior meetings. Once your 8 week start is when I fully take over reaching out to all contracted vendors and introducing ourselves. I work with you hand in hand + the vendors to create your master timeline. Week of I pick a time to meet & gather all your personal decor that will need to be loaded into the reception space to take that off your plate (example: candles, guest book, card box, signage, personal decor..ect).

Day of, I am there to run the show so you, + family can all enjoy and relax. From morning of I greet vendors, check them in, offer lunch delivery, making sure everyone is where they need to be on time, setting up decor, assisting with any transportation needs, making sure everything is set for cocktail hour & reception prior to guest arrival, assisting with reception, and staying until the end of the night to pack up everything so family can take off at the end of the evening & is not responsible for any of that (with the exception of cards/gifts, marriage license, bridal bouquet + top layer of the wedding cake if you decided to keep that).

There are a lot of moving parts on a wedding day & I do not want you or family to stress about the details, but rather celebrate in the moments & truly enjoy. As much as I am there to work for you two as the couple, I also include your families in that & want them to feel doted on as well. The goal is to save you time, money & most importantly peace of mind on your wedding day so you can sit back & relax knowing you have someone working for you to ensure your vision & atmosphere come to life!

This begins the minute you sign the contract, we assist with venue shopping, and build your dream vendor team along with you. This does not mean that we have to attend every vendor meeting with you, but we are available if you want us there! Most of the time we are not dress shopping with you, however we are present at your food & beverage tasting, all venue walk throughs, florist design meetings, DJ or Band appointments, cake tasting..ect. We are a helping hand throughout the entire process both over the phone & in person while working with you hand in hand + the vendors to create your master timeline. Week of we pick a time to meet & gather all your personal decor that will need to be loaded into the church or reception space to take that off your plate (example: candles, guest book, card box, signage..ect). Day prior, we are there to assist with the wedding rehearsal, dropping off welcome bags at hotels...anything you need. Day of, we are there to run the show so you, + family can all enjoy and relax.
